Bio
With over 35 years of experience in construction management, Steve Carley has successfully completed projects of all sizes and types in the Northeast and on the West Coast. Steve too has held a variety of positions in the industry starting with his own painting company and rising through the ranks of commercial construction as a project engineer, estimator, assistant project manager, superintendent, project manager and project executive. Steve is the ultimate construction professional, providing seamless construction management across all project phases, from conception to completion and beyond. Steve is a hands-on leader who personally oversees the entire project team and is a presence on-site throughout the life of a project, mitigating risk, resolving issues and coordinating communication with our employees, subcontractors, and clients. Throughout the process, Steve monitors schedule and budget, and ensures value and quality.
He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Rutgers University, has completed OSHA 10 and 30 hour training, is NFPA 241 certified, Red Cross CPR and First Aid certified and passed the Engineer in Training Exam. Steve is also a LEED® Accredited Professional and has recently completed the passive house training program.
